• User-created content: campaigns, characters, narrative entries, and uploaded images
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and AI generation requests
• Payment information: processed by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor — we do not store your card details

Your information is used to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Generate AI-powered content based on your input
• Monitor and improve Service performance and reliability
• Communicate important Service updates

3. AI Processing

When you use AI features, your prompts and relevant campaign context are sent to a third-party AI provider for processing. The provider processes this data according to their own privacy policy and data handling practices. We send only the minimum context necessary to generate useful responses. AI-generated output is stored as part of your campaign data.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure. Account information, campaign data, and application state are held in an encrypted database. Uploaded images and media files are stored in a dedicated object storage service. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate Loremaster, including providers for authentication, payment processing, AI content generation, data storage, and hosting. Each is governed by their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data and user-created content within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.
